Due to the popularity of games and huge demand for tickets, the Medibank Icehouse recommends that spectators pre-purchase game day tickets from the Medibank Icehouse online store;
Or simply visit the Medibank Icehouse Front Desk during the week prior to game day, at 105 Pearl River Road, Docklands.
Tickets bought online can be collected from the pre-purchased ticket stand outside the Medibank Icehouse.
**IMPORTANT: Patrons must present their e-ticket at the pre-purchased ticket stand for wristband collection/venue entry. As these are general admission tickets, it is advised that patrons arrive up to one hour prior to the drop of the puck to ensure getting a good seat. Guests are free to enjoy a pre-game drink and some nibbles in the Medibank Icehouse St Moritz Bar which overlooks the Henke Rink.
