Josh Puls elected club President. Melbourne Ice first reaches top of the AIHL ladder (May).

Melbourne Ice wins Minor Premiership – defeated by Newcastle North Stars in the semi final.

Tommy Powell named inaugural AIHL MVP.

Andy Lamrock elected President of the club. Melbourne Ice move to the National Ice Sports Centre, Docklands – first home game draws largest crowd in history of Australian ice hockey.

Melbourne Ice finish second, defeat Bears in semi final then defeat Adelaide Adrenaline in grand final, to secure the Goodall Cup for the first time.

Glen Mayer wins the inaugural Patron’s Medal.

2011
Andy Lamrock re-elected club President.

Melbourne Ice become known as the Medibank Melbourne Ice and add a Women’s team.

Medibank Melbourne Ice finish first to claim the league tittle, then defeat Adelaide in semi final before winning the play off grand final against Newcastle, to retain the Goodall Cup.

First club in AIHL history to win the Newman Reid Cup and Goodall Trophy in the same year.

2011 Champions

Medibank Melbourne Ice Women win the clubs first National Championship securing the Joan McKowen Cup

Josh Reid wins the Patron’s Medal.
